Donna Diehl is an operations manager at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University.

Prior to joining the Mercatus Center, Ms. Diehl spent three years on Capitol Hill as a Staff Assistant, Legislative Correspondent, and Legislative Assistant. She earned her BA in German and International Studies from Washington University in St. Louis and an MA in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University.
