Congress has demonstrated over and over again that it is not serious about cutting spending. Politicians on both sides of the aisle are guilty of postponing the painful but necessary reforms until another day, or side-stepping the issue altogether.

While some on Capitol Hill would insist that we can fix our debt problem without spending reform, credible research shows that cutting spending is the only real pathway to sustainability and economic prosperity.

Don’t miss a lunch and discussion with the unforgettable Veronique de Rugy, Senior Research Fellow at the Mercatus Center, where she will illustrate the dire need for spending reform and rebut the misinformation being circulated by those who hope to avoid it.

This is not a fundraising event and there is no charge to join us. We are pleased to have you as our guest to show our thanks and appreciation to our donors. Dress is business casual. Please invite friends or associates who might be interested.
