Mercatus Center supporters and friends are invited to join us for Advancing Liberty, Creating Change, a City Symposium in San Francisco, CA co-hosted with the Institute for Humane Studies. This event is by invitation only.

Our keynote speaker will be David Henderson, Associate Professor of Economics at Naval Postgraduate School and Hoover Institution. Other speakers include Mercatus Scholars Adam Thierer, Matt Mitchell, Eileen Norcross, and guest speaker Randy Barnett, Carmack Waterhouse Professor of Legal Theory at the Georgetown University Law Center.
