Enterprise Africa

On January 12, Enterprise Africa Lead Researcher, Karol Boudreaux, spoke at a training seminar for USAID officials on policy in post-conflict states. This marks the second time Ms. Boudreaux has participated in this conference, and she spoke on her work on post-genocide Rwanda.

Ms. Boudreaux highlighted the important linkages between economic policy and post-conflict reconciliation. Her work on the liberalized coffee industry in Rwanda and its effects on reducing post-genocide tension teaches an important lesson for post-conflict policy.
