Jakina Debnam is a PhD student in the Department of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. Prior to becoming a student at Cornell University, she was a Research Analyst at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University where she researched federal tax and budget issues. Ms. Debnam graduated from Brown University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics and Economics.
