Jerrod Anderson is a PhD student in economics at the University of California, Irvine, where he is a teaching assistant in the Department of Economics. Jerrod was also a Mercatus Center Adam Smith Fellow during the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 academic years. Additionally, he is an alumnus of the Institute for Humane Studies and the Mercatus Center MA Fellowship. Jerrod’s research interests include game theory, industrial organization, health economics, and the economics of religion. He earned an MA in economics from George Mason University and a BA in economics from Rhodes College.
