Mercatus Center Graduate Fellow

Mark Adams is a graduate fellow with the Mercatus Center and a second year MA student at George Mason University. He works within the Regulatory Studies Program and has authored publications on immigration and education policy. He is currently working with the Katrina Project on the impact of regulation on disaster recovery.
