This proposed rule will revise accident prevention program requirements. Revisions will include additional analysis of safey technologies and alternative for the process of hazard analysis, third-party audits and incident investigation root cause analysis, increased emergency preparedness requirements, increased public availability of chemical hazard information, and several other changes to definitions and data elements submitted in risk management plans.
