Steven D. Ealy is a Senior Fellow at Liberty Fund, Inc. Prior to becoming a fellow at Liberty Fund, Ealy was a professor of political science at Armstrong Atlantic State University.

Ealy received his PhD in Political Science & Philosophy from The University of Georgia in 1979.
