Jerry Brito is a senior research fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University and director of its Technology Policy Program. He also serves as an adjunct professor of law at George Mason University. His research focuses on technology and Internet policy, copyright, and the regulatory process.
Paul Brigner is Regional Director of the North American Bureau at the Internet Society where he oversees projects, initiatives and activities across the Internet Society's functional and programmatic areas in the United States and Canada.
Mr. Fowlie has been the head of the Liaison office of the International Telecommunication Union to the United Nations since 2009. ITU is the UN specialized agency for information and communication technology.
In June 2012, Terry received an appointment by President Obama to serve as Ambassador, Head of U.S. Delegation for the World Conference on International Telecommunications which will be held in December 2012 in Dubai. This role will focus on leading a delegation of U.S. government, industry, and civil society representatives negotiating a treaty on international telecommunications and internet policy.
