Sam Bowman

Sam Bowman is a founding editor of Works in Progress, an online magazine dedicated to sharing new and underrated ideas to improve the world. The magazine was created with support from a 2019 Emergent Ventures grant and was acquired by Stripe in February of 2022. 

Prior to founding Works in Progress, Bowman was the director of competition policy at the International Center for Law and Economics and previously served as the executive director of the Adam Smith Institute.
