Vitor Melo

Vitor Melo is a post-doctoral fellow with the Open Health Project at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He is also a PhD candidate in economics at Clemson University and a fellow with the Initiative on Enabling Choice and Competition in Healthcare at the University of Chicago. His research explores the effects and causes of healthcare and labor regulations.
