Bharath Gururagavendran

Bharath Gururagavendran is currently pursuing an MA in International Relations at New York University. He holds a BA LLB from Christ University, and as a Dean's Scholar Fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles, he earned an LLM with specializations in International & Comparative Law, as well as Legal Philosophy. His research focuses on the institutional design of digital public infrastructures in the Majority World, particularly in the domains of welfare service delivery, credit markets, and healthcare. His broader interests extend to the political economy of technology and development, constitutional theory, and human rights.
