Brittany LaMarr is an MPP/JD student in Public Choice and International Law at the University of Connecticut. She earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Connecticut. She previously participated in the Frédéric Bastiat Fellowship. Her research interests include polycentric governance, law, crime, and mass incarceration.
