Carlos Martinez

Carlos Martinez is a PhD student in Economics at George Mason University. He earned a BS in Economics from Rockford University and an AA in Economics from Rock Valley College. His research interests include comparative systems, economic history, developmental economics, and the study of economic freedom of Cuba.
