Cassandra Shand is a DPhil student in Engineering at the University of Cambridge. She earned an MA in Public Policy from The University of Chicago, an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge, and a BA in Political Science and History from the University of California, Los Angeles. She previously participated in the Oskar Morgenstern Fellowship. Her research focuses on strategies in policy designs.
