Daniel Zorrilla Velazquez is a PhD student in Public Policy & Administration at the University of Delaware. He earned an MPA in Public Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and an LLB in Law from the Autonomous University of Hidalgo State. His research focuses on the marketization of international aid. Specifically, he investigates the impact on aid distribution, efficacy, and dynamics, with a specific focus on USAID aid contracts awarded to for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
