Haiyang Zhang is a PhD student in Business Administration at Harvard University. He earned an MPA in Public Administration from Harvard University, an MA in Economics from Columbia University in the City of New York, and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, & Economics from The University of Virginia. He previously participated in the Don Lavoie Fellowship. His research investigates strategic decision-making in corporate strategy, specifically how corporate strategists approach M&A target selection, integration, and ultimately create value and improve organization performance.
