Juan Gelvez

Juan Gelvez is a PhD student in Government & Politics at the University of Maryland, College Park. He earned an MPhil in Public Policy and a BS in Government & Public Affairs from the University of the Andes. He previously participated in the Frédéric Bastiat Fellowship. His research focuses on how climate change shapes political behavior.
