Jude Ugwuoke

Jude Ugwuoke is a PhD student in Public Administration & Public Policy at Auburn University. He earned an MSc in Applied Economics from Auburn University and a BSc in Economics from the University of Nigeria. His research interests include how political budget cycles differ between mature and emerging liberal democracies and how electoral reforms affect public trust in the electoral process.
