Laiyang Ke

Laiyang Ke is a PhD student in Public Policy at Georgia State University. He earned an MA in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a BA in Political Science from Shanghai University of Political Science & Law. His research interests include the interactions between institutions, ideas, information, and fiscal policymaking, as well as voter and policy responses to social movements, disasters, and revenue windfalls.
