Leah Rea

Leah Rea is a PhD student in Law at Ulster University. She earned an MA in Violence, Terrorism, & Security, an MA in Conflict Transformation & Social Justice, and an LLB in Law from Queen's University Belfast. Her research examines the relationship between political interpretation and application of UK constitutional rules within parliamentary business and the (non)progression of human rights standards in Northern Ireland, specifically minority language rights.
