Leanna Martin

Leanna Martin is a PhD student in Rhetoric at the Texas Woman's University. She earned an MA in Global Diplomacy from the University of London and a BA in History and English from Lamar University. She previously participated in the Elinor Ostrom Fellowship. Her research focuses on the rhetoric of childhood in American society and how political economy influences child rights and welfare reforms.
