Purva Khanna is an MA student in International Relations at Johns Hopkins University. She earned an MA in Political Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a BTech in Electrical Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. Her interests lie at the intersection of gender and development, specifically gender equality, education, and poverty alleviation in Asia.
