Rachel Devenney

Rachel Devenney is a second-year MA student in Economics at George Mason University. She earned a BS in Economics from Cedarville University. Rachel is currently interning with the U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Commission. She previously participated in the Don Lavoie Fellowship. Her research interests include public choice and fiscal policy.
