Rebecca Yemo is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Research and Policy Integration in Africa at Northern Illinois University. She earned a PhD and an MA in Global Governance & Human Security from the University of Massachusetts Boston, an MA in International Studies from North Carolina State University, and a BA in Linguistics and Spanish from the University of Ghana. She previously participated in the Adam Smith Fellowship and the Visiting Dissertation Fellowship. Her research focuses on international human rights law and policy.
