Ricardo Noé is a PhD student in Political Science at The University of Texas at Dallas. He earned an MS in Social Data Analytics & Research and an MA in Political Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, an MA in Latin American & Caribbean Studies from the University of South Florida, and a BA in Economics from Southern Illinois University. He previously participated in the Adam Smith Fellowship. His research focuses on property rights.
