Richard Foster is a DPhil student in Politics at the University of Oxford. He earned an MA in Political Theory from the University of British Columbia and a BA in Political Theory from the University of York. His research focuses on the political economy of media systems. In particular, he seeks to better understand how public deliberation can be better faciliated.
