Sawyer Rogers is a PhD student in Political Science at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He earned an MPP in Public Policy from the Hertie School, an MPA in Public Administration from Syracuse University, a BA in Political Science and History from the University of New Hampshire, and an AA in Liberal Arts from the University of Southern New Hampshire. His research focuses on the characteristics of democratic co-production and whether co-production is inherently democratic.
