Sebastian Raphael Priego is a DPhil student in Politics at the University of Oxford. He earned an MSc in Latin American Politics from the University of Oxford and a BA in Politics from Leiden University College. His research focuses on the politics of mass infrastructure and their influence on development and conflict.
