Shagun Gupta

Shagun Gupta is a PhD student in International Relations at American University. She earned an MSc in Global Governance & Diplomacy from the University of Oxford and a BA in Political Science from the University of Delhi. She previously participated in the Adam Smith Fellowship. Her research focuses on trust variations in local democratic institutions among the poor in rapidly urbanizing cities.
