Tejas Rao is a PhD student in Land Economy at the University of Cambridge. He earned an LLM in International Law from the University of Cambridge and an LLB in Law from Gujarat National Law University. He previously participated in the Adam Smith Fellowship. His research focuses on the political-economic bases on which lawyers form epistemic communities and communities of practice that contribute to our understanding and definition of terms such as “implementation” and “compliance” of international law agreements.
