Theint Theint Thu is a PhD student in Political Science at the London School of Economics & Political Science. She earned an MSc in Development Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science and an LLB in Law & Economics from SOAS University of London. Her research focuses on how people in situations of competitive plural governance navigate public services.
