Yehzee Ryoo is a PhD student in Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She earned an MS in International Relations and an MA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MA in Political Science & International Relations and a BA in Political Science & International Relations and Psychology from Korea University. Her research focuses on understanding why democratic states decide to kill civilians during interstate wars and how domestic constituents and international actors might influence such decisions.
