Oswaldo Silva

Oswaldo Silva is an operations coordinator for Academic & Student Programs at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the Central University of Venezuela. He is currently a student of the Master's in International Security at Schar School of Policy and Government. Previously, he worked for Students For Liberty, running the communications of the Latin American programs. He co-authored the book “After Socialism, Liberty.”
