Yuliya Yatsyshina is an associate program director for Academic & Student Programs at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Yuliya holds an MA in Applied Economics from George Mason University, an MBA, and a BS in Economics from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics, and Information Systems. Previously, she has worked an extensive career in both the public and private sectors. Her research interests include constitutional economics, international development, as well as public health and education policy. Yuliya is an alumna of the Mercatus MA Fellowship.
