Reeve Bull

Reeve Bull is the Deputy Director of the Office of Regulatory Management for the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Previously, Professor Bull served as the Research Director of the Administrative Conference of the United States and as an appellate litigator at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  Professor Bull has published widely on the topics of administrative law and economic analysis of agency regulations.  He is an elected member of the American Law Institute.  He graduated with highest honors from Duke University School of Law.
